Why you need more than a SKILL.md. Every once in a while people will say offhand ‘well AI is non-deterministic’ but we need to think harder about what that means for testing AI results. It means human written specs, and percentage dashboards of those specs. We need to decide what percentage we’re comfortable with. Along the lines of needing more than a SKILL.md, but separate from the non-deterministic nature of rod results, we need to understand progressive disclosure and how AI uses it. We need to measure how much a skill burns not just how much is loaded into context
